I was just thinking π€ about how amazing is to know that we have at the reach of our hands too many ways to take care of ourselves by taking care of our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, and the best of all is that they have #everlasting results and they are free!
As busy bz π mums, we have our daily routine full of activities, with work, children, house chores, etc. We usually ask ourselves how can I be more relaxed, eliminate my pain, stress, fears, boost my #immune system, or just how can I find happiness and more balanced life?
Here, there are amazing tips that you would like to follow. It will nurture yourself, your soul, mind, heart, and body helping you to be in alignment with your essence or who you really are and become more peaceful, healthy, happier and successful too.
You may want to follow arts, painting, drawing, or to add to your routine 10 min of reading, playing an instrument, or what about dancing? As many you know by now, I love dancing salsa π, especially in lockdown it was one of my ways of stress relief! π
Music is therapeutic, I love it πΌπΆ Just listening to your loved music will make the magic.π« Or if you are experiencing a #distressing situation; then emotional writing βοΈ will be just what you need! Writing can be cathartic, helping you to out your feelings out of your chest. Then you have an awesome book π to make your life even happier and #wealthier!
