How to properly #wash your hands. The best defence against #coronavirus

To be honest, it is something that makes me feel embarrassed, as being sanitary engineer as background; I didn’t know how to wash my hands properly until #coronavirus appeared. Well, best later than never.

Here is a video that we would like to share with you all about how to wash your hands to protect us from #coronavirus and some guidelines too.

Also, here some guidelines:

- #Wash your hands often with #soap and water. Wash for at least 20 seconds or as long as it takes to sing the #Happy #Birthday song. Wash before eating, after blowing your nose, %coughing or #sneezing.

- Be sure to wash your thumbs, wrists and between your fingers, the most commonly missed places.

- If #soap and #water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand #sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.

- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth and face.

- Avoid close #contact with #people who are #sick or exhibit symptoms.

- Stay #home when you are #sick.

- If you have to #cough or #sneeze, cover your #mouth and nose with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the bin and disinfect your #hands. -

#Clean and #disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or an alcohol wipe.

Here in the video is Hugh, my little son, singing #HappyBirthday song twice. He keeps doing it every time every day.
