How to Find Inner Peace within Chaos - Happy International Day of Peace

I was thinking about global peace and how we can contribute with make this world a better place, more peaceful especially in these challenging times.

I have to say that for whatever place you want to see or do something about it, at the end of the day all begins with you.

Be the peace you want to see in the world. Be that change you want to see in the world.

All start and end with you.

Peace needs building, not just celebrating.

If you have inner peace, then you can reflect it within not only yourself into happiness and successful life, but to others, at home with your children, with your family and friends, at work, your community, all over the world, etc.

From personal experience, I have to say that finding inner peace withing chaos is not easy. You feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, fearful, etc. Sometimes if you are in a problem, you may feel like you are in a tunnel with no end, but I have to tell you that everything is temporal and in each tunnel, you will have light at the end of that tunnel.

Here some tips to find inner peace within the chaos:

1.- Take a break, a "Me Time" so you will feel more relaxed and balanced within your senses. It can be having a relaxing bath time, read a book, take a nap, do fewer kitchen chores, etc.

2.- Light a candle, reflect, forgive, and enjoy being tranquil. Do some meditations, are amazing. You connect with your inner source where everything is love and peace.

3.- Rewards your children when they help one to each other.

4.- Use your imagination to imagine yourself carrying heavy chains (chains represent your problems and any attachment). Then imagine you throwing those chains in the water and it goes away, very far away until they disappear completely, forever!

Celebrate it!

5.- Talk positive affirmations to yourself, like:

- Life loves me and I love life.

- I wake up with a peaceful mind and a grateful heart

- I welcome miracles and peace into my life

6.- If you feel overwhelmed, slow down. Observe your feelings, embrace them, be grateful for their presence in your life and let them go.

- Here if you have so many things to do. Prioritise and do 2-3 most important things per day. You’ll see that you can accomplish more things.

7.- If anybody or something negative happens, send them love and ignore them. Or if you can do something about it, defend yourself set up your boundaries with love and respect and be happy.

8.- Celebrate your small and big success with yourself, also the ones of your children. Always keep your positive thoughts and dreams alive.

So, which of these tips you like it most? And which ones are the ones you normally do or the ones you are going to go for?
